Question: What is the VA Career Path Finder™?
Answer: A free, 30–45 minute self-discovery workbook. It looks at your existing skills and experience even from non-VA jobs and matches you to the VA path that actually fits, instead of guessing.
Question: What happens after I finish the workbook?
Answer: You'll receive an email inviting you to a live Workshop, not training, just an honest Q&A about what VA work is really like: pay, benefits, day-to-day expectations. It's there to help you decide if this is genuinely something you want to commit time to before going further.
Question: Is the Workshop training?
Answer: No. It's a filter, not a class. The goal is helping you make a real, informed decision, not teaching skills yet.
Question: What if I attend the Workshop and decide it's not for me?
Answer: That's a completely valid outcome, the whole point is helping you find that out before investing time in training, not after.
Question: What happens after the Workshop, if I do want to continue?
Answer: You move into free VA Fundamentals training.
Question: How long does the whole process take, start to finish?
Answer: The workbook only takes 30–45 minutes, and the Workshop runs about 90 minutes. Training takes longer, and since we run it per batch, we can't give an exact timeline — you'll get the specific schedule once you're invited.
Question: Do I need any equipment or specific setup to start?
Answer: For the workbook and Workshop, no special setup needed. Training does require a computer, since it's hands-on and interactive.
